Commodore VIC instrument editor

The VIC instrument editor consists of these macros:

• Volume: volume sequence (GLOBAL)
• Arpeggio: pitch sequence
• On/off: enable/disable channel output
• Waveform: square wave distortion type sequence
• Pitch: "fine" pitch
