Natt Akuma e48faa4114 VERA: halve output volume to match other PSGs 
In terms of maximum single-channel output.
X16's mixing is kept by halving YM2151 part.

after this, some changes to the macro view code will arrive
hopefully these will make the code much cleaner
(NORMAL_MACRO has too many arguments!)
